How much does a waffle cart for events cost?+

Most events start around $400. Final pricing depends on guest count, service duration, and location.

How much space does the Wander Waffles cart need?+

Our cart setup usually needs about a 6 x 6 ft footprint. That includes the cart, a small support area, and safe working room for staff during service.

Do you set up indoors and outdoors?+

Yes, both. For indoor events, we operate from a dedicated standard 15-amp outlet and can use up to a 25 ft extension when needed. For outdoor events, we can provide a 12 x 12 ft tent and a generator if accessible power is unavailable.

How long does setup take?+

Setup is usually under one hour. We arrive before your event start time and are ready to serve before guests arrive. Breakdown is also efficient and does not require a long teardown window.

Who actually shows up to run the event?+

Wander Waffles CO is owner-operated by Anny, who is directly involved in planning and execution. For many events, Anny is onsite personally. For larger events, trained team members may assist, and everyone follows the same service and quality standards.

Are you food safety certified?+

Yes. Wander Waffles CO is ServSafe Manager Certified and ServSafe Allergen Certified. We follow professional food handling and allergen-awareness standards for private, school, and corporate events.

Are you insured?+

Yes. Wander Waffles CO carries liability insurance for events. Many corporate venues and event spaces in the Boston area request proof of coverage, and we can provide a certificate of insurance if your venue or event coordinator needs one.

How far in advance should I book?+

Booking 4 to 8 weeks ahead is a good target for busy seasons and popular weekends. Weekday and off-peak dates may be available with shorter lead times, often around two weeks. If your event is soon, still reach out - we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
