Yes. Every waffle is cooked live at the cart on our commercial stick waffle irons, right in front of your guests. We make the batter fresh the day of your event, and all fruit is bought and cut that same day. Nothing is pre-made or reheated. Each waffle takes about 2 to 4 minutes, depending on the toppings and sauces each guest picks.
Wander Waffles Co. brings our mobile waffle experience to celebrations across New England, including events throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. From weddings and company gatherings to birthdays and private events, we're always excited to be part of something special. If your event is a little farther away, send us the details and we'll see what we can work out.
Pricing depends on guest count, service duration, and location. Share your event details and we'll send a custom quote, usually within 24 hours.
Our cart setup usually needs about a 6 x 6 ft footprint. That includes the cart, a small support area, and safe working room for staff during service.
Yes, both. For indoor events, we operate from a dedicated standard 15-amp outlet and can use up to a 25 ft extension when needed. For outdoor events, we can provide a 12 x 12 ft tent and a generator if accessible power is unavailable.
Setup is usually under one hour. We arrive before your event start time and are ready to serve before guests arrive. Breakdown is also efficient and does not require a long teardown window.
Wander Waffles Co. is owner-operated by Anny, who is directly involved in planning and execution. For many events, Anny is onsite personally. For larger events, trained team members may assist, and everyone follows the same service and quality standards.
Yes. Wander Waffles Co. is ServSafe Manager Certified and ServSafe Allergen Certified. We follow professional food handling and allergen-awareness standards for private, school, and corporate events.
Yes. Wander Waffles Co. carries liability insurance for events. Many corporate venues and event spaces in the Boston area request proof of coverage, and we can provide a certificate of insurance if your venue or event coordinator needs one.
Booking 4 to 8 weeks ahead is a good target for busy seasons and popular weekends. Weekday and off-peak dates may be available with shorter lead times, often around two weeks. If your event is soon, still reach out - we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
